Adjustable weights: You can adjust the weights to 0.45 kg x 2 / 0.9 kg x 2 / 1.36 kg x 2 / 1.8 kg x 2 and 2.25 kg x 2 by inserting 1-5 small sandbags into the slots.
Supplied in pairs: 2 ankle weight cuffs with additional weights for particularly effective cardiovascular exercises. Each weight is adjustable from 0.45 kg to 2.3 kg in total with both: 0.46 kg – 3.2 kg.
