1. Before turning on the power supply, the air pressure gun handle must be placed on the handle holder.

2. Please keep the air vents clear! No blockages.

3. After finishing the work, you need to place the heating handle on the handle holder. And let the machine cool automatically until the indicator shows “—” (send stop) before turning off the power switch of the gun.

4. If you use a different smaller nozzle than the standard nozzle of the machine, the air volume must be adjusted to the maximum to avoid damage to the gun, and use it in a short time at lower temperature.

5. Choose a suitable nozzle according to the requirements of the work. Different nozzles may have a slight temperature difference. The distance between the outlet and object is at least 2 mm.

6. When you use it for the first time, please be sure to check the temperature change of the soldering iron tip. When the temperature rises to deepen the tin wire straight, apply a layer of tin to the soldering iron tip and adjust to the required temperature.

7. It is not recommended to set the temperature of the soldering iron tip very high. Too high temperature will affect the function of the soldering iron. If the interval is not used, please reduce the temperature.

8. The soldering tips should be cleaned regularly with a cleaning sponge. After use, the soldering tips should be wiped clean and coated with a new tin layer to prevent oxidation.

Attention when using air rifles

1. Four types of nozzles (φ5 mm φ8 mm φ10 mm 13 x 13 mm) are included in the kit, we do not recommend using nozzles below φ5 mm

2. The maximum wind speed of the air rifle is 120 l/min. If the temperature is set higher than 380 °C, the wind speed should be higher than 50 l/min, otherwise the heat build-up will cause the handle of the air gun to melt due to the high temperature.

2. Allow the heating pipe and nozzle to cool before installing the nozzle.

3. To avoid burns to your body, do not touch the heating tube and do not spray the face directly with an air pressure gun. At the beginning of the starting process, white smoke may escape. This is a normal phenomenon that disappears later.
